As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, LEVL is actively monitoring the situation and will continue to manage its response accordingly and under guidance from relevant local public health authorities in countries in which we operate.
Although there is no direct impact to the business at this time, we have taken several steps to address rising concerns and have a comprehensive preparedness plan ready to implement should further action be required. Outside of ensuring the safety and well-being of our Employees, Partners and Customers, minimising the impact on our support and operational services is a top priority.
As we strive to continuously provide an exceptionally high level of service, LEVL’s COVID-19 Preparedness Plan is focused on:
Employee health and safety:
We have provided clear expectations to our staff who may experience general feelings of unwellness or that may acquire or come into contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19. This includes remote work arrangements as permitted and guidelines surrounding self-isolation and required quarantine.
Contingency plans for widespread isolation:
LEVL’s service from Geotab has redundant, geographically distributed operations for all Support tiers and Support staff utilise cloud-based software that can be accessed remotely, enabling remote work. We are also working closely with our contract manufacturers, third-party logistics providers and field services teams to monitor for alerts that could potentially impact our delivery.
We will continue to monitor the changing events surrounding COVID-19 daily and will evolve our plans to help mitigate risk and ensure minimal impact to our customers and business accordingly.
